fantastic adults-only getaway
contagious energyhappy stafffriendly atmosphere
i had a wonderful time here. the staff members were always eager and happy to assist , . karina's energy by the pool was contagious, and she. martin martínez and victor, the bartenders, were also great, i frequently went back just to see them.
the only very slight issue i found was that the mini bar's fridge made a bit of noise at night.

The resort maintained cleanliness . I found the variety of foods at restaurants excellent. Each restaurant offered diverse options. The bartenders were attentive and quick with orders. I particularly enjoyed the thermal spa. It offered a great experience.
Securing chairs by the pool required early mornings.

The pools provided ample space for relaxation. A gym with treadmills and stationary bikes was available. There were several bars located near pool areas and within the hotel.

Poolside service was prompt, with Jose Garcia providing drinks. The butler service catered effectively to our needs. Staff members throughout the resort were friendly and helpful.
