Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres (Adults Only) Hotel Cancun, Cancun

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were actually quite nice and offered a lovely view of the garden. On the other hand, the service was inconsistent, especially with the missing butler. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained; however, the afternoons turned a bit chaotic with loud music from the nearby bar. Overall, while there were some highlights, there were aspects that could use improvement.
